Registration

The payment deadline for the participation fee (including attendance only) is August 15, 2025. Please make your payment via the following link: [Payvent].

Participation Fees
  • Presenting at the symposium & joining the tour: 22,000 JPY (approx. 150 USD)
  • Presenting at the symposium & not joining the tour: 12,000 JPY (approx. 80 USD)
  • Attending the symposium without presenting & joining the tour: 18,000 JPY
  • Attending the symposium without presenting & not joining the tour: 8,000 JPY
All fees include:
  • Day 1: Tea break
  • Day 2: Lunch & tea break
  • Day 3 (tour): Lunch (only for participants joining the tour)
⚠️ The tour has a limited capacity, and participation is not guaranteed. We are considering financial support for early-career researchers presenting at the symposium.

Venue

【Kandai-Merise】
The venue is Kansai University's Umeda campus, nicknamed Kandai Merise.
The main venue is on its 4th and 7th floors.
It is a 15-minute walk from JR Osaka Station;

How to access the venue from JR Osaka Station and major subway lines

【Access from Kansai Airport (KIX) to JR Osaka Station】
From JR Kansai Airport Station, the journey takes approximately 50 minutes by Limited Express Haruka or 65 minutes by Airport Rapid Service.

【Access from Shinkansen Shin-Osaka Station to JR Osaka Station】
JR Osaka Station is next to Shin-Osaka Station, a 3-minute journey by JR Line (Kyoto Line).

Hotels

There are many hotels within walking distance of the symposium venue, including Osaka Tokyu REI Hotel, Hearton Hotel Kita Umeda, and Hotel Ibis Osaka Umeda.
Hotels in the Umeda and Shin-Osaka areas are also recommended. See the link below.
